Terms And Conditions

Our mission is to provide a safe and enjoyable winery tour experience for our guests and to exceed all customer expectations.

 

Pricing covers transportation only and does not include tastings, beverages, food or driver gratuity.

 

Cancellations made up to 72 hours before the tour will receive a 100% refund.

 

Alcoholic beverages, smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited inside our vehicle. 

 

We reserve the right to terminate the tour without refund if any person becomes excessively intoxicated, disruptive or damages the vehicle.

 

Clients are responsible for any damages to the vehicle caused by themselves or their guests. Damages will incur a minimum charge of $250, which may increase based on repairs.

 

A reasonable cleanup is expected after each tour however excessive messes or spills will result in a $100 cleaning fee. If professional cleaning is requires due to sickness a $250 cleanup fee will be charged.

 

NextFlight Tours reserves the right to cancel a tour due to events beyond our control such as unsafe weather, mechanical problems or unforeseen emergencies. In the event of a booking cancellation due to events beyond our control we will arrange an alternate date or provide a full deposit refund.
 

Clients are responsible for all payment collection fees if legal action is necessary to collect outstanding payments.

I understand that I am voluntarily participating in the wine tour at my own risk and hereby agree to accept any and all risks and disclaim any liability against NextFlight, LLC.
