Seven Brothers is a new breed of artisan distillery that is locally owned and made right here in Cleveland, Ohio. We use all natural, locally grown ingredients whenever possible along with select natural ingredients from local purveyors. Our mission is to bring bold, innovative, natural, and flavorful hand-crafted premium spirits to the Ohio market and beyond. We do things very different from the big distilleries. Every batch begins with freshly milled, all natural, Ohio grains and spring water.
Next, we rewrote the book on distilling by perfecting our proprietary Low-Temperature vacuum distillation and infusion still. Our vacuum distillation and infusion requires specialized equipment and a lot of patience, so we custom designed and built our own stills, making us quite different from distilleries around the world.
